Our technician program is designed for motivated college students who are interested in healthcare and want meaningful hands-on experience in a real clinical setting. We hire a select number of technicians as part-time employees and work intentionally around class schedules, making this an ideal role for students pursuing healthcare careers.

Our technicians consistently tell us this position prepares them for patient care in ways the classroom alone cannot. Techs become an integral part of a fast-paced, supportive team that truly works like a family, gaining exposure to the daily flow of a busy outpatient clinic and learning the realities of real-world healthcare.

Technicians are taught the Rehab Partners philosophy of care and play a vital role in the clinic by assisting with patient flow, bringing patients back for treatment, preparing for procedures and activities, and helping keep the clinic organized and running smoothly. Along the way, they develop professionalism, communication skills, and clinical awareness that can only come from experience.

Many of our former technicians have gone on to pursue advanced education in Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs, Physical Therapy Assistant Programs, Nursing, Radiology, Physician Assistant Programs, and Dental School.
