Rita graduated from Northeast Community College in 1998 and earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree at Wallace State in 1999. She has experience across a wide range of settings, including Acute Care, Senior Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, and Outpatient Therapy, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient care.
Rita joined the Rehab Partners family in February 2004, and she likes to say, there's just something special about working at Rehab Partners.
She is married to Erik McBryar, and together they have two children, Layla (15) and Isaac (14). Outside the clinic, Rita loves spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
In her spare time, Rita enjoys baking and cooking for her family and friends. We are lucky to benefit from her talents! She is our very own "Cake Extraordinare", making each staff member a birthday cake of their choice every year. It is a tradition we all look forward to and one more reason Rita is such a cherished part of our team.

Jessica has been a certified AFAA fitness instructor through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2017. She completed her prerequisite coursework at Northeast Alabama Community College in 2023 before earning her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Wallace State Community College in 2025.
Before PTA school, Jessica worked with Rehab Partners as a technician. During that time, we recognized her work ethic, compassion, and natural ability to connect with patients. In fact, we were likely her very first phone call with a job offer after graduation, because we already knew the kind of therapist she would become.
As a proud mother of two, Jessica credits her children as the inspiration behind pursuing her dream of working in physical therapy. She is passionate about helping others stay active, healthy, and moving well so they can enjoy life to the fullest.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors—especially during the summer—kayaking, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.
Jessica joined Rehab Partners because of the genuine support and individualized care they provide to each patient, as well as the strong sense of family within the team. She values working in an environment that fosters compassion, growth, and meaningful connections with both patients and coworkers.
