Amanda Baldwin

Practice Manager

With 27 years of dedicated service to Rehab Partners, Amanda Baldwin's journey is a true reflection of commitment, growth, and leadership. She began her career as a Physical Therapy Technician, gaining invaluable hands-on experience working directly with patients before transitioning to the front office after four years. From the very beginning, Amanda embraced every opportunity to learn, serve, and lead.

Over the years, she has worn many hats within the practice, growing alongside the clinic through every season. Her strong organizational skills and natural leadership led her to serve as Front Office Manager for 12 years, during which she oversaw daily operations and enhanced the patient experience. For the past seven years, Amanda has proudly served as Practice Manager, leading clinic operations while continuing to support both staff and patients with the same dedication that has defined her career.

Amanda is truly a cornerstone of this practice. She has been a part of every milestone, celebrating successes and standing firm through challenges with the Rehab Partners family. Through both heartbreak and celebration, she has remained a steady and trusted presence. It is often said that Amanda knows what Drake is thinking before he even voices it, a testament to the deep trust, shared vision, and partnership built over decades of working side by side. She not only understands what needs to be done, but the heart and purpose behind every action.

A 1992 graduate of Sylvania High School, Amanda values community and connection. She has been married to her husband, Dewaun Baldwin, for 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys attending church and spending quality time with her family and friends. Most of all, she treasures her role as "NanaBelle" to her 10 grandchildren, who absolutely adore her and are the greatest joy of her life.

Michelle Ibsen

COO

Michelle graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1992 with a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Development. She has taught in a variety of educational settings from pre-k through 4th grade.

From 2010-2017, Michelle served as Director of Children’s Ministries at Fort Payne First Methodist, where she continued her passion for supporting children and families.

Michelle later served as Program Coordinator for The Gathering Place, operating under the umbrella of The Children’s Advocacy Center. She built the supervised visitation program, following best practice guidelines established by The Supervised Visitation Network. In addition to overseeing supervised visitation services, Michelle developed and taught group parenting classes designed to strengthen families, promote healthy parent-child relationships, and provide education and support in challenging family situations. The Gathering Place remains in operation in DeKalb County today and is one of only a few supervised visitation centers in the state of Alabama. The program has earned an outstanding reputation among social service agencies, law enforcement, attorneys, foster families, and families in crisis. This work remains one of the accomplishments she holds closest to her heart and is something she is most proud of.

After her husband, Drake, purchased the practice and began to expand, Michelle came on board with him to provide operational leadership. She plays a key role in daily operations, including website design, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring team members have what they need to succeed.

Michelle and Drake are very proud of their family: Cole (28), who is married to Karstin (27), and Lennon (22). Michelle is incredibly proud of the life Cole and Karstin are building together in Huntsville and treasures the time spent traveling as a family to watch Lennon compete as a pole vaulter for the Jacksonville State University Track and Field team. Family is deeply important to Michelle.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys antiquing and creating a warm, welcoming home environment for her family and friends. She is the devoted owner of a very famous Bernadoodle named Gravy, whom she happily treats like one of her children.
